At a1 TCG, we take great care in preparing every order. Our goal is to ensure your items arrive safely and in the condition you'd expect.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or Irish public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there's ever an unexpected delay, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Any estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. Where available, tracking information will also be provided so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packed using protective packaging to help ensure it arrives safely. Whether you're ordering premium binders, acrylic display cases or other trading card accessories, we use secure packaging to minimise the risk of damage.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order.

Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly displayed on our website.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch with us. We'll work with the shipping provider to investigate the delay and keep you updated throughout the process.
